By accessing or using FitzFunds, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. FitzFunds is a private household finance tool operated by Trevor Fitzgerald and intended solely for authorized family members.
FitzFunds is a personal finance tracking application that consolidates transaction data, categorizes spending, and optionally searches Gmail for order confirmations to enrich transaction records.
Access is restricted to users who sign in with an authorized Google account. We reserve the right to grant or revoke access at any time.
You may use FitzFunds only for its intended purpose of personal household finance tracking. You agree not to misuse the service or attempt to access data you are not authorized to view.
If you choose to connect a Gmail account, you grant FitzFunds read-only access to search your email for order confirmations. You may revoke this access at any time through the Settings page or through your Google Account permissions.
FitzFunds is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of transaction categorization, merchant identification, or any other automated processing.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of FitzFunds, including but not limited to inaccurate financial data or service interruptions.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of FitzFunds constitutes acceptance of any changes.
